By accessing the 4C Pulse website, downloading the application, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not share content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. The service’s handling, storage, and availability of messages and media depend on the features and version you use.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the product evolves. We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will be available on every device or app version.
6. Downloads and updates
Download the application only from the official 4C Pulse website or another distribution channel expressly identified by 4CINFOTECH. Check release details and device requirements before installing. You are responsible for reviewing Android installation prompts and keeping your device appropriately secured.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the 4C Pulse name, branding, website design, and software are owned by or licensed to 4CINFOTECH and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not use branding or materials in a misleading way or beyond permissions provided by law or by us.

Your use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains information handling. Review it before using the service.
9. Suspension and termination
